Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' individual mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that consider their specific circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and integrate supports across all areas of treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress or emergency situations, utilizing your expertise to ensure compassionate and effective support.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Randolph Behavioral Center, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals undergoing detoxification and seeking recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those grappling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is a prerequisite.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to effectively engage with individuals from various communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
