Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to effectively address their mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated care planning and continuity of services for every client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, demonstrating professionalism and empathy during high-pressure situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health challenges, advocating for our clients and the community at large.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with individuals across various backgrounds, including those experiencing co-occurring disorders, addiction challenges, and acute mental health crises. This diverse client population requires a therapist who is not only skilled in traditional therapeutic methods but also adept at cultural competence and responsiveness, ensuring all clients feel understood and supported.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, with the ability to establish strong rapport and therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in working collaboratively with different cultural and socioeconomic groups, exhibiting sensitivity and understanding.

• Displayed ability in strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate client documentation and adhering to deadlines.

• Experience working within a detox or addiction recovery setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
