Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating client progress to adjust treatment as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments or prefer the flexibility of virtual options.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with clients who are in various stages of recovery at our Detox Center. Our patient population includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will be crucial in tailoring therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges while prioritizing their dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor toward clients from all walks of life.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a detox or addiction recovery center is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a similar mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
