Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' individual trauma histories and devise effective treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience, engaging patients in their healing processes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring optimal delivery of care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in applying trauma-focused therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 104,000.
