Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, experiences, and psychological conditions, delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring culturally responsive techniques are employed at every step.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create coordinated and effective treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources in high-stress situations, ensuring clients are safe and feel heard.

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ members, and immigrants facing unique challenges related to identity, acculturation, and mental health. Our clients often present with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders, making your role crucial in offering tailored support and facilitating healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and culturally competent therapy practices.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, employing methods that affirm the identities and experiences of clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
