Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Creating personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aimed at managing mood disorders and anxiety.

• Providing ongoing education regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-help resources to empower clients and their families.

• Monitoring client progress throughout the therapeutic process and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver integrated and well-rounded care for clients.

• Staying informed about recent developments and evidence-based practices in the mental health field to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all records of client interactions and treatment plans are up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients encountering a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
