Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to work conveniently from their homes while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. Our team adheres to a Monday through Friday workweek, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver impactful interventions tailored to individual, couples, and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients who share common mental health struggles.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for every client.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Educate clients about mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and self-advocacy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and trends in mental health therapy to refine practices and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment strategies and therapeutic frameworks.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
