The Progressive Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW professionals, to join our compassionate team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to individuals, families, and groups in a community health clinic setting, primarily focusing on evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will have the flexibility of working from home while remaining an integral part of our community-focused team. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and providing guidance for common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating calm and effective responses.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and service delivery, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and the evidence-based treatment modalities associated with mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
