Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, establishing individualized therapy plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based techniques and culturally responsive practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress through scheduled sessions and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our EHR system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, utilizing strong de-escalation skills and timely interventions.
\n
• Encourage clients to develop coping strategies and life skills to promote long-term mental health stability.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults who present with various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use challenges, and trauma. Your ability to practice cultural competence will be essential in effectively reaching and helping clients from different backgrounds. The remote nature of the role provides you with a broader client reach, allowing you to connect with individuals who may not have access to traditional in-person therapy options.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse array of clients.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and a strong desire to embrace technology in a clinical setting.

• Adeptness in crisis intervention techniques and maintaining professionalism in high-pressure scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
