Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to discern the needs and challenges faced by clients, followed by crafting individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating their mental health journey.

• Lead both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, ensuring a supportive environment for healing.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health providers, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to implement holistic support systems for patients, ensuring coordinated care across disciplines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of a broad spectrum of individuals from various backgrounds who are grappling with emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license/certification to practice as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience working in mental health counseling, with a focus on developing effective therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for swift rapport-building with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience utilizing electronic medical records systems is advantageous, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
