Work Environment\n

This role is conducted in a remote setting, delivering telehealth services to our clients. We leverage user-friendly technology to ensure seamless communication and support for our patients, while you maintain a flexible work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM. Some adaptability is required to meet patient needs and provide timely care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methods and solution-focused interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to address the unique challenges of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Collaboration is key; you will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals in regular case consultations to enhance patient care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mental health to continually elevate your practice and patient care.

You will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
