Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with clients in a hospice environment, where you will support individuals facing end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
