Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records according to HIPAA standards, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in hospice and their families, supporting them as they cope with complex emotional and psychological challenges during a crucial period of their lives. By addressing issues related to grief, loss, and existential concerns, you will provide crucial support that enhances the quality of life for these clients and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, unencumbered license to practice, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT, in California, validating your professional expertise and commitment to quality mental health care.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individualized psychotherapy, particularly with emphasis on the unique needs of clients in hospice settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
