Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide tailored therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and methods for progress evaluation.

• Act as a primary care coordinator by collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention services, execute risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in distress.

• Advocate for clients' rights, assist in connecting them with vital community resources, and provide comprehensive case management services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
