Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW in our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for new patients, identifying their unique psychological needs, and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that best suit your clients' preferences and circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure compliance and protect patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services.

• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement and quality assurance in patient care.

• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of California.
