Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and devise tailored treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and special considerations pertinent to our patient demographic.

• Apply evidence-based practices to guide the therapeutic process while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting care plans accordingly.

• Document all treatment notes, progress reports, and patient interactions in a timely and precise manner, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to ensure alignment on treatment goals, actively engaging in shared decision-making to empower patients in their healthcare journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California is required.

• Must be able to perform physical activities related to patient care, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Two or more years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, especially working with oncology or chronic illness populations, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
