Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans and ensure coordinated care.

• Participate in crisis intervention scenarios, conducting risk assessments and crafting safety plans when faced with acute client needs.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic progress accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Hope and Balance, your primary client focus will be students and their families within the school setting. You will work with individuals facing a wide array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n
