Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, including diagnostic evaluations when necessary, using the most accurate tools and methodologies, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to establish comprehensive and culturally sensitive individualized care plans.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patients’ ongoing progress, employing evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to their specific mental health diagnoses to ensure positive patient outcomes.

• Document and maintain all treatment records and reports accurately and on time, complying with regulatory and departmental guidelines, utilizing current technology to ensure efficiency and organization.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop holistic treatment plans focused on achieving desired outcomes, ensuring these plans reflect the unique needs and circumstances of the individuals served.

• Proactively coordinate with other healthcare professionals to refer patients to necessary services and resources, promoting a seamless continuum of care.

• Provide education, mentorship, and training for students, interns, and other clinicians, fostering a spirit of collaboration and learning while contributing to the professional development of others.

• Participate in peer review activities and clinical collaborations directed by your supervisors, engaging in chart auditing, coaching, and mentoring to support team member growth.

Qualifications\n
