Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a crucial liaison between families, outreach providers, and school staff, facilitating effective communication to ensure that the mental health needs of students are addressed holistically.

• Interact with insurance companies to manage pre-certification and navigate the complexities of utilization management, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care.

• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare initiatives, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure a smooth transition post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, demonstrating and encouraging healthy relationships with food—an essential aspect of holistic mental health.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care experiences tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, always considering their intersecting identities and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting students within educational settings, primarily dealing with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges stemming from diverse backgrounds. Clients may experiences ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. A strong commitment to understanding the school environment and its unique pressures on students will enhance the effectiveness of your support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical skills and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
