Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the behavioral health needs of students, formulating accurate diagnoses and tailored care plans based on data evaluation.

• Serve as a resource and support for school personnel regarding student mental health and community resources, ensuring comprehensive care and support.

• Emphasize cultural competency in treatment approaches, skillfully addressing diverse needs across all age groups, including children, adolescents, and young adults.

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
