Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring a holistic approach to student care.

• Conduct regular patient assessments and implement evidence-based interventions that address a range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in line with department standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students experiencing acute emotional distress, working to stabilize their mental health and referred to appropriate resources as needed.

• Engage with family members and support systems to educate them on treatment plans and encourage their involvement in the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Proficiency with technology, including electronic medical records, teletherapy platforms, and other digital communications tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively and adapt to shifting priorities in a school-based environment.
