Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct meticulous mental health assessments including comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored for students.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds of each student.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, family, couple, and group settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for students in distress and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a full continuum of support.
\n
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment outlines, and discharge documentation in line with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health strategies, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed for self-management.

• Engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive care to students.

• Review treatment effectiveness through ongoing outcome assessments, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.

• Stay informed and apply the latest research and emerging trends in mental health practice to enhance clinical services.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information to foster trust and integrity in the therapeutic relationship.

In this position, you will primarily work with students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required for this position.

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
