Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct age-appropriate and culturally sensitive biopsychosocial assessments, accurately documenting findings and formulating care plans tailored to mental health, substance abuse, and medical conditions.

• Deliver a wide range of behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices including counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and resource referrals.

• Provide guidance and social work support to students, families, and educational staff, liaising with local resources and community agencies to facilitate comprehensive care solutions such as medication assistance.

• Develop and implement data collection processes in collaboration with Quality Improvement teams, contributing to initiatives that enhance service delivery and promote positive student outcomes.

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of mental health evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and suicide risk assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse student population, ranging from elementary to high school ages, with varying mental health and emotional challenges. Our LCSW will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, working closely with families to create a supportive environment that fosters resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards for practice in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
