Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the school community. While you will be working from home, you will collaborate closely with educational staff, parents, and other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments tailored to the unique needs of students and their families, utilizing various assessment tools to gather relevant data.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions that cater to various mental health challenges, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team which includes educators, school psychologists, and administrators to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.

• Advocate for clients within the educational system, helping them access necessary resources and interventions that can facilitate their success.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices, enhancing both personal and organizational knowledge and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on supporting a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school age. You will work with students facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating strategies that not only address these concerns but also foster resilience and healthy coping mechanisms among students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
