Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our organization, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments tailored to the unique needs of your student clients, followed by developing individualized treatment plans that employ best practices and support strategies.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records to comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all patient information.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team including educators, school psychologists, counselors, and other health care professionals to align treatment approaches and resources.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to uphold the quality of care and to discuss challenging cases and emerging treatment strategies.

• Providing education and ongoing support to students and their families, empowering them with knowledge regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and local community resources.

• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in the field of mental health and integrating new knowledge into clinical practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
