Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the following essential responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and strengths.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Monitor child and family outcomes by evaluating the effectiveness of the provided services and adjusting plans as necessary.
\n
• Offer vital support to families, providing them with information and strategies designed to facilitate their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in developing joint plans with families to recommend strategies for enhancing cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Employ the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to provide services effectively.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members to create a nurturing environment conducive to learning.

• Ensure implementation of health and safety standards in accordance with all regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on the youngest members of our community—children with disabilities or developmental delays during their crucial early years. The role is dedicated to helping babies and toddlers realize their potential by coordinating care, providing direct support, and bridging family engagement with community resources.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license.
\n
• One year of hands-on experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
