Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate each student’s strengths, challenges, and overall mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, often employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific mental health concerns of each student while tracking progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure students receive comprehensive support.

• Advocate for students' rights and access to necessary community resources, ensuring they have the support they need both in and out of school.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health records systems to facilitate accurate tracking and reporting.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation in social work practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California, validating your competence to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in educational or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits include:
