Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks that directly impact the well-being of students. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of students and their families to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting their mental health.

• Implementing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitating discharge planning and after-care processes, working closely with educational staff and parents to ensure continuity of care beyond hospital settings.

• Providing crisis intervention services when needed, and being a point of contact for after-hours support on a rotational basis.

• Educating students, families, and staff on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and educators to develop and execute effective treatment strategies.

• Participating in community outreach programs that aim to raise awareness about mental health and available support services.

• Actively contributing to the professional development of peers and participating in webinars and educational conferences as a subject matter expert in psychosocial support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will mainly focus on school-aged children and adolescents, encountering various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and learning difficulties. By providing tailored support, you will help students navigate their emotional landscapes while facilitating their academic and social success. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) with active LCSW licensure in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
