Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status using standardized tools and methodologies such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide outpatient therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices, monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation that comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Collaborate closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans that include goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Develop educational materials and resources to empower patients and families, and lead psychoeducational groups that promote mental health awareness.

• Act as a liaison for referrals, coordinating care with external treatment providers and ensuring a seamless transition for clients into additional support services.

• Provide mentorship and supervision for students and interns, fostering their skills and professional growth within the mental health field.

• Engage in clinical discussions and teamwork to enhance practices across departments and contribute to peer reviews and audits as directed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically serves children and families coping with the emotional and psychological impact of cancer diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.
