Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and resources. This may involve exploring family history, personal experiences, and emotional states.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions that may include modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and appropriate interventions to facilitate their healing journey.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client care.

• Crisis Management: Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to meet ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
