Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients, facilitating the identification of effective treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy in individual and group settings.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients that clearly outline goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a well-rounded treatment approach for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when required.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at community engagement and shared recovery experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a generous sign-on bonus.
