Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children and their families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they are tailored to meet each family’s unique circumstances.

• Monitor and assess progress as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing feedback and adjusting interventions as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.

• Utilize Natural Learning Environment Practices to deliver effective instruction and guidance within family-centered contexts.

• Educate families on developmental milestones and strategies to enhance their child’s growth, using evidence-based methods.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding service provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be children with disabilities or developmental delays during their formative early years. You will engage with families to support infants and toddlers through evaluations, guiding them toward achieving crucial developmental milestones. This role addresses cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and communication skill sets, contributing significantly to the well-being of young children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health in Colorado.

• Valid driver’s license, as travel to client homes may be required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
