Work Environment\n

The successful candidate will operate in a climate-controlled remote office environment while maintaining daily engagements with departmental colleagues and other health care professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostics, and evaluations of patient status using established tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to create tailored plans of care that honor both cultural diversity and the specific needs of our patient population.

  Implement evidence-based intervention strategies to support mental health diagnoses, continually assessing and documenting patient progress towards defined outcomes.

  Prepare and maintain comprehensive treatment records and clinical reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans, setting clear objectives that resonate with patient goals while ensuring safety and symptom management.

Qualifications\n
