Key Responsibilities\n

Reporting directly to the Social Work Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to determine diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans.

• Applying clinical social work skills to assist patients in overcoming mental and environmental challenges that hinder their psychosocial functioning.

• Engaging in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to facilitate healing and growth.

• Documenting social work activities in electronic medical records while adhering to organizational policies and professional standards.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance care coordination, ensuring an integrated approach to patient treatment and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
