Work Environment\n

Impact Counseling Services operates primarily remotely, allowing flexibility in how and where you connect with and support your clients. While our main function is telemedicine, our commitment to accessibility ensures that we can provide in-person services as needed. Your work will take place in a community health clinic setting, focused on outpatient services, free from the demands of night shifts, weekend calls, or hospital duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand individual patient needs, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools, such as the DSM-5, to establish tailored treatment plans that respect cultural diversity.

  Continually monitor patient progress and implement interventions that effectively address their mental health issues, adapting strategies based on clinical assessments.

  Manage and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, adhering to regulatory guidelines.

  Coordinate referrals to additional resources while establishing effective working relationships with various service providers and clinicians.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting diverse individuals facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your approach must be culturally sensitive to effectively cater to their specific needs and promote their engagement in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of USD 90,000 to 105,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
