Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychotherapeutic assessments and deliver tailored mental health services for clients experiencing a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and familial challenges.

• Utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and psychological assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health and create effective treatment plans in collaboration with them.

• Develop personalized treatment goals to promote client autonomy and empower them in their journey towards recovery.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments for suicide, and coordinate necessary hospitalizations to ensure client safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to facilitate comprehensive, coordinated care plans.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and service delivery in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in the formulation and enhancement of clinical practices, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery across the detox facility.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, ongoing training programs, and professional development workshops to continuously elevate clinical skills and knowledge in best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
