Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions with clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques suited to their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with Centralized Intake, school contacts, and other clinical supervisors to effectively manage intern caseloads and provide feedback as needed.

• Participate actively in quality assurance and auditing processes of client records to reinforce compliance with our agency’s operational standards and funding requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in agency meetings and mandatory training sessions.
\n
• Complete detailed programmatic reports and documentation requested by the agency Director to reflect progress and updates on patient outcomes.
\n
• Ensure seamless entry and management of client information within the AWARDS electronic health record system, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
\n
• Provide timely clinical consultations for crises and non-crisis situations, ensuring that support is readily available for both clients and their families.
\n
• Maintain a positive and safe therapeutic environment by reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager.
\n
• Implement and monitor clinical program objectives, policies, and service delivery standards to uphold the highest level of care for all clients.
\n
• Oversee intern recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding processes, aligning with our organization's mission and goals.
\n
• Develop and coordinate internship and training events to enhance engagement and professional development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical regulations pertaining to clinical practices while mentoring interns and trainees.
\n
• Conduct performance evaluations for interns, contributing to retention strategies and corrective action processes when necessary.
\n
• Monitor and support intern caseloads to reinforce programmatic outcomes effectively.

The primary client base includes children, adolescents, and families experiencing a diverse range of emotional and social issues. Qualifications\n
