Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify student needs, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other empirically supported modalities. You'll adapt these methods to align with the unique circumstances of each student.

• Maintain accurate records of patient encounters, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school administrators, to create an integrated approach to student well-being.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment approaches and share insights on student progress.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources that can support their educational journey.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents in a school setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
