Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule while effectively reaching students in various schools. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to children and adolescents, addressing their mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs.

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, intake assessments, and treatment planning.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans electronically, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Identify escalating patient needs and collaborate with external providers to facilitate appropriate interventions and resources.
\n
• Act as a liaison to local community resources, offering social work support and referrals, including services that address medication assistance and resource navigation.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, helping to develop protocols for data collection that contribute to enhanced treatment outcomes and service efficiencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, providing a range of mental health services to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. By working within the educational system, you will play a crucial role in identifying and alleviating barriers to learning, ensuring that students have the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
