Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain and update comprehensive patient records, ensuring that all documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and case closures adhere to relevant social work standards and legal requirements.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria specifically related to children and adolescents, ensuring accurate assessments of mental health conditions.

• Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to gather detailed information about patients' social, emotional, and contextual circumstances, enabling personalized treatment planning.

• Formulate and continuously revise treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial evaluations, considering each child's developmental milestones and family dynamics.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy, aimed at addressing specific challenges faced by the youth.

• Act as a liaison between families, schools, and community resources, collaborating to build a support network that assists in the continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents within the school setting. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active California LCSW licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, which will be based on your caseload and experience.
