Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional in-person interactions as required. You'll engage with clients primarily through secure video conferencing platforms, adapting your proficient communication skills to ensure effective counsel in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapeutic sessions utilizing video conferencing and telehealth platforms, engaging students and families in meaningful dialogue to address mental health challenges.

• Assess the mental and emotional needs of clients by implementing comprehensive evaluation techniques and developing personalized treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.

• Advocate for the clients' best interests, assisting them in setting realistic goals that encourage personal development, resilience, and positive life changes.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive educational environment that promotes student success and well-being.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, including those experiencing behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By providing compassionate and empathetic support, you play a crucial role in helping students navigate the challenges of both school life and personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of California, without any disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Proven expertise in clinical social work, with a strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with a diverse student population and their families.

• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working within an educational setting, ideally with school-aged populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
