Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grand Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to the unique requirements of the school environment.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations while effectively communicating care plans with educational staff and healthcare team members.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including school counselors, educational psychologists, and external mental health specialists, to provide holistic care and ensure consistent support for students.

• Engaging in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss student progress, treatment efficacy, and strategies for enhancing care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
