Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual student needs and challenges.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions to students experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance students’ support systems and ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Document therapy sessions, treatment progress, and updates in an electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate reporting and continuity of care.

• Support students through critical transitions and crises while promoting coping strategies and resilience.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest mental health practices and educational strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and educators.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
