Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions.

• Document ongoing treatment processes, including case notes, treatment plan reviews, and updated assessments according to company and educational policies.
\n
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients and their families, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust amidst challenging situations.
\n
• Engage in creative intervention strategies to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, thereby enhancing their overall well-being.
\n
• Complete a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, ensuring a robust work-life balance while delivering impactful services.
\n
• Network and coordinate care with various stakeholders: case managers, family members, school staff, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for students.
\n
• Attend regular clinical meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills, enhance team performance, and maintain compliance with updated mental health practices.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and foster connections within the local community.

• Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

• Contribute to a dynamic team environment that balances collaboration and individual expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children, adolescents, and their families within the school environment. You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues while honoring the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. Your work will help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and promote well-being among students, families, and the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.
\n
• Must possess an independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Demonstrated ability to establish professional boundaries and maintain effective relationships with clients.
\n
• Strong documentation skills, including experience with initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
\n
• Comfortable and proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a school setting or with a child and adolescent patient population is highly preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A background in community outreach and mental health advocacy, which will contribute to the organization’s goals and values.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year for this full-time position, complemented by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement plans to support your long-term financial goals.
