Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, including psycho-social evaluations and needs assessments, to determine appropriate treatment paths for students.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based intervention techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy using a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to students facing various mental health challenges.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a comprehensive approach to student wellness.

• Provide valuable education and support resources to students and their families, enabling them to understand and manage mental health issues effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically focuses on working with a diverse population of students in a school setting. You will provide essential support to children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your role is critical in helping them develop coping mechanisms, resilience, and the skills needed to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
