Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in the evaluation and supervision of interns, including managing their caseloads, assignments, and performance reviews.

• Engage with centralized intake teams and other clinical supervisors to ensure cohesive care delivery and address any arising concerns.

• Conduct regular quality assurance assessments of documentation and uphold compliance standards in clinical practices.

• Provide crisis intervention support, both in-person and through phone consultations, ensuring timely and effective responses to client needs.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns, guaranteeing adherence to evolving federal, state, and county mental health regulations.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Document and analyze data related to client outcomes to inform service delivery and improve organizational practices.

• Contribute to organizational initiatives by preparing reports and participating in team meetings and training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary for this full-time position, ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year .
