This role primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Our detox center serves as a dedicated hub for our social work operations, providing a structured framework where you can interact with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children aged 0 to 3 years to identify developmental delays and create tailored Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of IFSPs, monitoring the child’s progress alongside team professionals.
\n
• Engage with families to provide essential support, addressing their priorities and concerns while recommending evidence-based strategies to enhance their child's learning.
\n
• Utilize natural environment teaching methodologies and the coaching model to facilitate child development within typical home and community settings.
\n
• Thoroughly document all interactions and progress in compliance with Federal and State regulations, ensuring the health and safety of all clients.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team, including therapists and specialists, to foster a unified approach to each child's care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays, requiring a specialized approach to care. Our services aim to promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills, facilitating healthier development during this critical stage of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
