Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, focusing on their developmental milestones and specific needs.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with other team members, ensuring that goals are being met.
\n
• Provide emotional support and practical strategies to families seeking to improve their child's development through hands-on guidance and resources.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and other team members to create a supportive learning environment.
\n
• Administer evaluations and assessments to understand the children's challenges and strengths and tailor interventions accordingly.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices while adhering to the Natural Learning Environment Practices framework.
\n
• Encourage and guide families in parenting techniques that enhance child development through the coaching model and principles of natural environment teaching.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations to ensure a safe and effective operational environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who may be experiencing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication delays. Through tailored interventions, you will help these vulnerable populations learn new skills essential for their growth and development, ultimately giving them a solid foundation for lifelong learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license.
\n
• Strong commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience providing early intervention services to children and families.
