Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that they are aligned with the family’s goals and the needs of the child.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress as a key member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing insights that bolster overall care strategies.

• Provide practical support and guidance to families, empowering them with the skills and information to foster their child’s development, particularly in areas such as communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment practices while creating tailored solutions that meet diverse family needs.

• Engage in regular compliance with all federal and state regulations to ensure the safety and welfare of clients and staff alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on engaging with young children and their families, especially those navigating disabilities or developmental delays. As an integral part of our children's services, you will work with infants and toddlers, helping them acquire essential skills that support growth during the crucial early years of development. By building strong rapport with both children and families, you will create meaningful partnerships aimed at enhancing children's learning experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
