This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients via phone and video conferencing platforms. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively. The remote setting provides flexibility while still maintaining a strong support network, enabling you to dedicate your focus entirely to your clients and their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, strengths, and weaknesses to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Engage with clients through therapeutic interviews, establishing rapport and trust while addressing sensitive topics.

• Implement and monitor individualized support packages designed to help clients manage crises and overcome emotional challenges.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and emotional support during high-stress situations, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and treatment modifications, using electronic health record systems.

• Attend and actively participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, contributing your expertise while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

• Develop referral networks within the community to connect clients with additional resources, facilitating ongoing recovery efforts.

• Provide testimony and evidence in legal settings, as required, to support clients in matters involving custody, domestic issues, or other judicial processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients experiencing a variety of issues, including but not limited to neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and substance abuse situations. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
